I worked with Pat and told her pretty much what I was looking for over the phone. I HATE shopping. I told her I wanted leather in warm tones. I also mentioned we are tall and prefer big and tall furniture. When I walked in the store she took me to exactly what I was looking for! She showed me other options, but it wasn't necessary because she communicated and understood so well, she knew exactly what I wanted. I'm very happy with our new sofa and recliners. Not only are they welcoming and beautiful, they are so comfy! Thanks so much for making shopping so easy for a girl who hates to shop! When I ordered my recliners, I was told it would be July before they could get them in. They were delivered today. June 28th. Much sooner than the July date I was first given. The delivery guys did a great job! They pulled into our shop drive and carefully backed to our driveway. They even took care not to drive on the edge of our lawn!! Thanks so much to all at H3 Home + Deco!

Working with Gail was a fantastic experience. I needed to order dining table and chairs. She set me up with everything I needed to figure out color and upholstery selections. Within an hour I was able to make my selection and she placed my order. She was very knowledgeable and super easy to work with. She also told me to call her if I had any questions down the road. Great shopping experience!

Judith was very HELPFUl with our situation of needing a recliner, with the lift chair component, & the bed component. She was able to share with me a chair that has all of the above. She was so kind, very patient with me learning about such item, & helping me to get the best product for our situation.

I was greeted quickly and professionally and given an opportunity to explore leisurely. When I had questions about decor and available services I was offered several options depending on my needs. With the quality and many choices of furnishings I ultimately chose several pieces. It was easy to select fabric samples and take them to my home. The sales associate was very knowledgeable about fabric, textiles and colors. Helped me make informed decisions.

Judith is simply great to work with. I highly recommend considering H3 for your next furniture purchase, especially for seating. Their showroom floor is quite extensive so be prepared to spend some time exploring all the options. Once you find something you like, Judith will work with you to customize it to your wants/needs. If they don’t have something on the showroom floor, they can probably have it ordered for you and delivered right to your space.

Save some time and go to H3 first. We looked at several stores before going to H3 and finding exactly what we wanted. Judith is the most helpful I've encountered to help with the perfect design that I had in my head. Top quality furniture and top quality service.
